We’re delighted to share that our Edinburgh team have been named as a finalist in The Herald Built for Service Awards 2026 in the Residential Property Management Team of the Year category. It’s fantastic recognition for the hard work and dedication the team shows every day, and for our continued commitment to raising standards in property management. We’re really looking forward to the awards ceremony on 18 November, where we’ll be celebrating the teams and organisations working hard to deliver excellence across the industry.

What is the Residential Property Management Team of the Year award?
The Residential Property Management Team of the Year award celebrates the residential property management teams that consistently deliver exceptional management and customer service.
Judges look for clear evidence of strong communication, regulatory compliance, pro-active maintenance, transparent financial stewardship, successful issue resolution, customer satisfaction and improved outcomes across a residential portfolio in Scotland.
What are the Built for Service Awards?
The Herald Built for Service Awards celebrate the teams providing excellence in property service delivery across Scotland. The awards highlight the organisations that make buildings safer, more efficient, better managed and better experienced every day.
While many awards focus on development, design and construction, Built for Service focuses on what happens once the building is completed, recognising the teams responsible for how buildings are managed, maintained and operated once people are living, working and spending time in them.
The awards are taking place at the Grand Central Hotel, Glasgow on Wednesday 18 November.
